Raylee Rice – Inner Strength Coaching

Raylee, my name is Raylee. I have been a woman's mindset coach, a mother, and an entrepreneur my entire adult life. I am obsessed with the question: "How can you do it all without sacrificing your happiness and your health?" Another question is, too, "How can I chase my dreams without my kids ending in therapy?" Or, how can I do what is most important to me and still have a wonderful family and good health? I live in a small salty coastal town at Caves Beach with my four daughters, one son, a delicious husband, and a scraggy poodle Luna. Locally, we are known as The Brady Bunch. We are a mixed family. Chris, my husband, and I have two daughters and one son. We are a team and don't differentiate between the families. We are an active family who enjoys the beach, dirt biking and campfires while watching bush tv. We value the simple things in life and stop at 6:30 for family dinners. My greatest pride is in how well-oiled our family is. The house is organised, and the kids are resilient, respectful, and engaging. It wasn't always this way. We have learned together what works and what doesn't. It is possible to have it all run smoothly for yourself. Business, fun and recreation, family and health are all balancing acts. You can have a great family, career, and home life if you have the right mindset, habits, and values. Coaching inner strength is an inside job.
