Commonwealth Dermatology is an independent, physician-owned private practice. Dr. Sadaf "Sabrina" Waqar is a Board Certified Dermatologist and the Medical Director. She is also the owner and operator of Farmington Valley Dermatology and Surgery, which provides comprehensive dermatological care to families ranging from infants to seniors. Our services include a broad spectrum of medical, surgical, cosmetic and laser treatments for a wide variety of skin diseases and concerns. Dr. Waqar is proud to offer cutting-edge treatments in a compassionate, efficient manner. We are the first clinic in Massachusetts to offer Image Guided Superficial Radiation Therapy for non-melanoma cancers.
